My wife and I looked at numerous places for a poolhouse/bar for our new pool going in this year (2016). The quality of the house we got from Homestead stood out from all the rest. We were also under a time constraint due to the hole being dug for the pool. Once that was done it would have been nearly impossible to get the poolhouse in our yard. We were lucky enough to pick one that was built already, but still need electric run, lights, fan, etc. Merv got it done and delivered in a week! Exceptional service and quality.
