Not only did your team spend time to work through all the details of customizing the "Wellington" to meet our outdoor pool house needs but also to customize the interior and backside of the building to accommodate a garage and workshop. The combination building is not only beautiful but meets all the original requirements.
Once we worked through the design details, I was more than impressed by the flexibility and professionalism shown by the scheduler to work with us in coordinating the build of the pool house along with our new pool, deck and porch. The weather did not cooperate and dependencies upon some of the other contractors caused delays, but all throughout the delays you were not only professional, but pleasant. When we finally could have you start to build, you did so quickly and with such incredible work ethic that even the other work crews on site were impressed. Afterwards, when we had inspection challenges, your team was right there with us to work through the questions and options to address the counties' concerns. In the end, they too were openly impressed by the quality of work.

I purchased a classic A frame 14x18' poolside structure with four frontal columns. Homestead did an excellent job with my order. First, they accommodated my requests for some changes in the standard specifications, then they proposed a delivery date which they kept to, and then they had an expert team that set up the structure in less than a day. It is a quality building the looks of which have surpassed my expectations. It adds another wonderful dimension to my pool area.
