Core values are crucial to us here at Homestead, so as we step into the New Year, we're taking some time to reflect on how we lived out our values to help serve our community, customers, and one another this past year. From January through December of 2023, we were blessed with the opportunity to celebrate our 20th anniversary with old and new customers alike.
Monthly Promos
Our goal is to treat our customers with respect and appreciation and to work with you to make your dreams come true. That’s why to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we vowed to offer unique promotions throughout the year to both new and returning customers, including discounts on new structures, gift cards for outdoor furniture, specials on brand new outdoor kitchen cabinetry, and more.
Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show
One of our favorite events, the Atlantic City Pool & Spa Show was a great success in 2023. A few of our team members enjoyed being able to spend some time connecting with contractors and landscapers while allowing them to experience one of our outdoor structures in person. And we were honored to to take home a Best Booth Award for 2023.
Customer Appreciation Day
In 2023, we hosted Homestead’s very first Customer Appreciation Day in our display yard of pool houses, pavilions, and outdoor furniture. Congratulations again to our raffle winners of the grill and all the Homestead swag. What a blessing it was breaking bread with you and showing you around our homestead. We look forward to hosting another get-together for our customers very soon.
Annual Company Picnic
It's important to Homestead leadership that the company honors its hardworking employees and their families. As is the Homestead tradition, we set aside a summer day to celebrate the hard work of our loyal Homestead employees. So many laughs and smiles were shared among young and old alike as our families came together to play, swim, and even experience helicopter rides. In addition, from a steamy breakfast buffet to a lunchtime charcuterie spread fit for a king and an unforgettable feast of a dinner, no one went home hungry.
Busy Bee Day and Benefit Auction
Here at Homestead Structures, our love for people extends beyond blood. And when our own teammates face daunting personal struggles, it’s in our culture to help pick up the pieces.
At the end of 2023, we hosted a cleanup day to take some heavy lifting off the shoulders of one of our busiest bees. Many of our families joined together to lend a helping hand raking leaves, splitting and stacking firewood, and more.
As another one of our own faced entering retirement with some loose ends, we organized a benefit auction to help ease their financial burden.
Company Christmas Banquet
And last but certainly not least, we held our annual Company Christmas Banquet this month. During this time, we acknowledged those who have reached noteworthy work anniversaries. Five people celebrated seven years with Homestead, one person ten, one person 15, and one who’s been here all 20 years that Homestead has been in business so far!
We also celebrated our successes in building new and stronger relationships and gave thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for allowing us to continue to serve you.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the means to continue making our community a better place and helping those in need. We truly appreciate every chance we get to help bring your visions to life, and we cannot wait to see what 2024 has in store.
